Full day bookings from 10:00am to 11:00pm are the favorite, as it allows the flexibility for set up and clean up time, eliminating stress. Hourly rentals are great for your birthdays, yoga classes, corporate events etc. The possibilities are endless.

What is the Security Deposit?
What is a cleaning fee?
What is an alcohol fee?
Other than your initial cost of the venue, we do charge a fully refundable Security Deposit of $300 which will be returned as long as there is no damage to the venue.
The Cleaning Deposit of $150 is refundable as long as you return the venue clean and intact as when you arrived. But if you want to just leave after the tables and chairs are put away, an major messes are mitigated we can do the ordinary cleaning for you and we will retain the Cleaning Deposit.
Alcohol fee is not refundable. Costs $400. This is just for you to bring alcohol and we do not supply it. It is your responsibility to do so legally.

Everything in our amenities list is at the venue during your booking and is all included in the price.
When booking the venue, 30% or $350 whichever is larger is due. The remaining amount is due 14 days before your event. Make as many or as little payments as needed. Email us to schedule a phone call for payment.
No we do not have add-ons, and that includes no tablecloths. Although we do have a list of our preferred vendors! For example our preferred photographer Lookin Sharp Photography she is about 90% of our photos on website and Instagram. Visit their Instagram below!
